Application and Enrollment Process

To submit an application for your child/ren to join St. Robert Catholic School, please, click here. After an application is received, you will be contacted to arrange a time to meet with Carol Ward, our school principal, and have your child/ren visit the school (students entering 4K and 5K will be invited to sit in a class for a short time, along with a parent if desired; students entering 1st through 8th grade will complete a short assessment with a teacher). After these steps are completed and the child/ren are accepted, parents will be asked to complete the enrollment process, which includes providing additional information and paying an enrollment fee of $305 (note: this fee will increase to $405 on July 1).
If you have any questions, please call 414-332-1164 ext. 3036 or info@strobert.school.

Tours

To schedule a time for your family to visit our school, contact the school office at 414-332-1164 ext. 3036 or info@strobert.school. Tours typically take 30-45 minutes and are held during the school day at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m., or after school at 3:30 or 4 p.m.  If those times are not convenient, we are happy to explore other options. And, of course, parents are encouraged to bring their children.

Our Policy

St. Robert School does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its admissions and educational policies, financial aid, athletic and other school-administered activities. While the majority of our students and their families are Catholic, we welcome children of all faiths and religious backgrounds at our school.

We have a tiered tuition structure:

    • Non-Parishioner: $5,769.50
  • 4K-2nd Grade

    • Non-Parishioner: $7,947.50

Payment plans are available (10 monthly payments is the most popular). A 10% discount is given to families with three children in the school. Enrollment is free for the 4th and subsequent children from the same family.

Fees for Additional Activities

A debit system is used for hot lunches and milk. Optional after-school enrichment programs are also offered with separate fees. There may be occasional collections during the school year for charities or other special projects.

Financial Assistance

We conduct our financial aid application process in partnership with a confidential, third-party financial aid management company. This protects the financial information of families. The number of scholarships awarded each year is determined by the amount of money available in our scholarship investment fund and the number of applicants. The first deadline to apply for assistance is May 1. Parents who apply and whose applications are complete by that early date will find out about their aid packages as soon as possible. Aid will be distributed on a rolling basis for applications received after May 1.
